Wren Privacy Policy

Wren is a personal and small-business assistant that runs on a computer its owner controls (for example a Mac mini in their home or office). This policy explains what data Wren handles, where it lives, who can see it and how to remove it. It applies to the Wren software, to Wren's sign-in apps with services such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and Google, and to this website.
"Enbrite", "we" and "us" mean Enbrite LLC. "You" means a person or business that uses Wren, and "your Wren" means the Wren installation you use.
1. The short version
- Your data stays on your Wren. Enbrite does not run a central database of your messages, files, posts or account data.
- Wren only connects to a service (LinkedIn, Instagram, Gmail and others) after you sign in to it and approve the access yourself, and you can disconnect at any time.
- Wren never posts, sends or publishes anything on your behalf without your approval of that exact action.
- We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
2. Where your data lives
Wren stores its data (chats, tasks, settings, files it creates, and the sign-ins you give it) on your own Wren computer. Passwords and sign-in tokens are kept in that computer's encrypted keychain or in the password vault you connect, never in plain text. Enbrite staff cannot see the contents of your Wren unless you give us access to help you, for example during setup or support, and then only for that purpose.
3. Data from services you connect
When you connect a service, Wren receives only the permissions shown on that service's own consent screen, and uses them only for the tasks you ask for.

Wren does not collect data about LinkedIn members beyond what the features above need, does not build profiles of LinkedIn members, does not combine LinkedIn data with other sources to identify people, and does not use LinkedIn data for advertising or to train AI models. Wren keeps LinkedIn content only as long as it needs it for the task you asked for, and follows LinkedIn's API Terms and data storage requirements. Disconnecting LinkedIn in Wren deletes its stored sign-in; you can also revoke Wren's access at any time in LinkedIn under Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google and others
These work the same way: Wren receives the permissions you approve on the service's consent screen (for example a Page's or account's profile, posts and statistics, or your Gmail messages), uses them only for the tasks you ask for, and publishes or sends only what you approve. Wren's use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. AI models
To understand requests and draft replies, Wren sends the text needed for a task to the AI model provider configured on your Wren (for example Anthropic's Claude, or a model reached through OpenRouter), or to a model running on your own computer. Those providers process it under their own terms; the owner of a Wren chooses which providers it uses. Wren does not send your data to a model provider for any other purpose, and data received from LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok or Google is sent to a model only to carry out a task you asked for.
5. What Enbrite itself collects
- Account and billing details if you buy Wren or a Wren service from us: name, business name, email, and payment information handled by our payment processor.
- Support communications you send us.
- Sign-in relay: when you connect a service, the service may send you back to Wren through a page we host. That page only forwards the one-time sign-in code to your own Wren; it does not store it or read your account data.
- This website may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Wren and our business (hosting, payments, email), bound to use it only for that; when the law requires it; or with your permission.
7. Keeping and deleting data
Data on your Wren stays until you delete it or disconnect the service it came from. Removing an account or connection in Wren deletes its stored sign-in. If you stop using Wren, you can erase your Wren computer; Enbrite keeps account and billing records only as long as the law requires. To ask us to delete anything we hold about you, email us at the address below.
8. Security
Wren is reachable only over your private network (for example Tailscale) unless you choose otherwise. Sign-ins are stored encrypted, every approval of an outside action is signed by your own device, and Wren refuses actions you have not allowed.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or limit how it is used. Most of this you can do directly in Wren; for anything else, contact us. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
10. Children
Wren is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell customers directly.
